Alégria evening, July 24

Join us on Wednesday, July 24 at Ilura Restaurant, for an “Alégria” evening, under the charm of Spain.

Spain, at La Réserve, stirs the soul and reveals itself through all flavors and emotions. A country of vivid colors, on this night, its history is artistically told through culinary art orchestrated by our chef, Bastien Soumoulou, and his team.

The dinner will be enlivened by a musical performance and traditional Spanish folk dances, staged by the company Las Flamencas de Catalina.

*Jota Flamenca* amuse-bouche
and sangria

*Tortilla to the sound of Tango*
Scrambled cod with egg veil and parsley foam.

*Merlu in Serrana mode*
Grilled hake, stuffed mini peppers, and pil-pil sauce.

*Beef Soléa style*
Roast rib of beef with grilled zucchini, anchovies, and black olives, meat juice.

*Cheesecake in the manner of Farruca*
Cheesecake revisited by the chef, with candied strawberries and strawberry coulis.

*Jota* mignardises

80€ per person,
including two glasses of wine, water, and coffee.

The dinner will be punctuated by dances blending tradition and modernity.
On stage, donned in their shoes and long ruffled dresses, the dancers will take you on a sensory journey dedicated to Spanish folklore.
